Very easy my friend, you need to connect your account with youbit exchange account after it you will easily get your earnings in youbit exchange account...As the withdrawal fees in bit coin is too much high so I advised you to take your earnings in any other currency whose withdrawal fees will be low... After getting your payment in youbit exchange account you can easily cashed it into your own currency though using any wallet.
