Hi I think ,it is better if you write on paper, because wallet passwords and exchange sites need a lot of passwords, you will face many problems if you lose your personal key. Private keys are some of the symbols or numbers used to access and control accounts.  If it is lost, you can lose your account  So it has to be saved well.
