Actually the ones that buy the top aren't the richest. They are average people like me and you. They are occasionally watching news on Bitcoin's price but from the wrong sources. Then a paid tweet from the usual suspects ( the ones that wants to sell on the top) shows up on their front page. This tweet will talk about unimaginable wealth and how you are missing out on riches etc. They are luring the common folks that are trying to escape their miserable job and life. Don't think of these people as rich. They will buy with almost half or more from what they have in case of need. These practices are not targeting rich people, because they know the exact top and also when to enter a market.
