You can get your notices when somebody cites your comments.The thing you need to do is just snap on the button"notify me off answers" close the submit button.After this you will clearly get your notices when somebody cites your remarks.

There is an notification icon just beside your profile button, you can find there your notification if you doesn't find so then it means that either you may not have any pending notification or else there would be some issue. But in my experience I too have not got any notifications regarding to my post and I think that my post must not be that much powerful that's why no one is reacting on it, now I don't have idea that whether there is any problem with my post or my notification settings.

You can check it in your setting and click the notification button and change your settings. Then you can get all notifications. But some time I will not get notifications but I don't know the reason.

There is a specific setting for this. Go into yor profile and on this option in notification settings then you will get notifications for your every Quoted posts.

When you post something , there is a small square under the writing space with the phrase "notify me of replies", you put a small check mark next to this and you will start getting all the notifications you are asking about.

It is very easy to configure your notifications, there in the options you can configure what types of notifications you want, for example I activated a few days ago that they will notify me when someone makes a comment on a publication that I follow, when someone follows that publication and others , My notification tray was full, I reconfigured it only so that it would notify me when my publication or my user was quoted and when someone answered a topic of my property.
