Why we need bitcoin price to increase??

Bitcoin prices can't be control. I don't  understand why we need increase prices. Why low price is not good. If price down new user willbuy it. And with higher demand price will again rise

i think some people want the price to go down so they can buy more of it at the beginning of the month so when it goes up they will get more profits.
