Why people are unable to get Reputation!!

Hello my friend, I thought that the main reason for not getting a good reputation is because of non-compliance with the rules and commenting with less than 100 characters, and some people paste comments without returning to the main topic, and that keeps them away from the good reputation, which is the basis of work here in this forum

I think irrelevant comments is the main reason of zero reputation.  Because members give you a reputation on your positive contents . When you post good your reputation is also high. Just try to make useful replies and contents for others.
