We heard nothing yet on the reasons of Bittrex delisting privacy coins. The good part is that no other exchange followed, so it could have only been an isolated insident within Bittrex that alarmed them so much they decided to delist privacy coins. I still think that Monero and Zcash will be used more often in later years but I can't give a clear advice on holding or not.
