It is not something easy to obtain, this can be achieved as long as your content is in total agreement with the administrators of the forum, where they give you the award and this also happens when commenting, but of course I have seen that if your comment is one of the first and very useful you have a good chance of getting it.

It is not something easy to achieve, but it is not impossible, you just have to continue commenting on topics with a forceful response that pleases all the public, including also the forum moderators and it is there when they choose your comment as highlighted.
