Friends, I would like to talk about something important that is happening on the forum after moderators decide to stop paying for likes

Likes are important and it is a testament to the quality of the posts, but after I stopped paying for likes, I found that members stopped giving likes

Were we giving likes just to get the winnings ???

My friends, likes are important and you should use them objectively, they are an expression of the importance and quality of the topic, so keep putting positive likes for the topics that deserve, and negative likes for bad topics.

Thus we help beginners to choose a good topic to read and learn from and avoid bad posts

Agree with you. You raised one of the most serious issue now days happening. After knowing that members are not being paid for reactions so most of members are not giving reacts. This way many people who are doing well and posting good content are not being appricated. We have to appreciate their efforts to motivate them to do more hard work even if we are not being paid for reacts. I also hope this forum will shortly begin to paid for reacts as well. It all happens just because of some cheater fellows who gave reacts without even reading the comments.

I think many likes in the past wers awarded to any post or comment just to receive the payment without being objective about the posts that recieves it. That's why people rarely give it nowadays. What then happens is that only those posts that are of good content will be receiving the likes which they deserve.

I agree with what you have said. Likes are very important to content creators. It will let them know how well members have received there posts. Lack of positive or negative rating will never reflect the opinion of readers on our post.

Yes I am agree from this message that you have posted because there is also reputations here, if you pass good comments, you will be active, people will give you good response, if you do not, then people will not give good response to you

I suspected so , because when you look round there are people who re giving up especially when rating was removed and you have to make sure that you pay , you need to keep on going and putting up that power tht comes with it so to me really this is the most important thing to do , we need to give others ratings whether good or bad because its not fair you receive and not give just because you are not being paid for it

It is very good thing that you get like or react on intrested post.

In this way people who bring good content, great to appreciate by this. I hope that this platform will also pay for the reactor who react and give good feedback to the crypto and their user's.

Some members are discourage due to not paying Talk tokens. And they are not interested anymore to give free likes to someone post. Every member is busy to complete only their 20 posts. While talk tokens are now paying just when our useful post ispaid.

Yes you are truly right its not good for us to don't do a reputation to others if we don't give reputation other so how we show our  support and how to show our negativity so i think crypto should resolved this issue as kuch as you can

Yes you are right .Most of the members give like only for earnings and they also do not give reputation according to the value of post .But we member must give positive feedback for best post and negative reputation for useless post .

This is a very good thing, but unfortunately it does not happen, after the payment for interaction has been canceled, the interaction is no longer the same as it was in the past, the member may become lazy about placing the reputation even for the post that it deserves.

Strongly agree with you.Reputation either positive or negative are the criteria to rate the quality of post that either it is useful or not so we shouldn't stop rating the posts as good ratings always encourage the creator to do more better work and negative ratings always discourage the spam or useless content and as you mentioned that the beginners can easily judge the quality posts by looking at its rating.

That's right, the day that rewards for reactions were disabled that day I saw a close to an end of reactions in this forum, I think we owe it to the forum and one another to prove the quality of the work we do here. Let not give up on giving reactions.

I agree with you, giving positive reputation to the deserving posts is very important to encourage content creator to work hard and creat more informative posts.

@Roan Yes, it seems that those who stopped giving reactions do not realize, is that to win in the publications or comments they must have those reactions in them, if not, there are no payments, then it is illogical that they stop giving them because they are not It pays them for the ones they give, when it is necessary to receive them, one income path is lost but there is another one and that must be taken care of, the reaction rates will go down, but they should not stop giving them because otherwise the forum will be affected by that and the idea is to grow every day, greetings.

Yes when someone writes a good topic or post like the post by doing that you will be an active member don't forget people also like your post,if you want something you need to give something in return.

It is very important advice for beginners. Because i find that most of the forum member specially beginners do not work regularly. Sometimes they do not follow the forum rules properly. But as a member of this crypto forum it is our responsibility that we should be active member in crypto forum and work this site properly according to the forum rules.

Yes Reputation is very important We no longer get 50 talk tokens for reacting but still it is necessary to have a positive reputation on our post to get paid. If our post has zero or negative reputation, we will not be paid. Each post must have a positive reputation in order to be paid. So give credit to each other. If someone's topic and comment is informative and useful, then it must be given a positive reputation.

I think the primary objective of this forum is to get knowledge spread knowledge and appreciate others for their good contributions. I think likes should be given to valuable posts irrespective of any e financial gain for it.

Yes I totally agree with you likes are very important earning and getting reputation. We should give likes to those posts which post are deserving. Your point is correct. We Should be active in order to double our shares.
