If you give positive feedback then it's meens the post which you made is useful for someone or have a some value for someone or if you give a negative rating to any post then it's means that the post is useless which will have some corrections in it. Every member is busy to complete only their 20 posts, while talk tokens are now paying just when our useful post is paid. Majority of members gives only Like and they do not give reputation according to the value of post. I think members may become lazy about placing the reputation even for the post that it deserves.  Dear members,  giving positive reputation to the deserving post is very important to encourage content creator to work hard and create more informative post.
