Some new users make their way in to the forum instead of focusing on learning more about the rules and how to post successfully. The new topics are in any session I have seen every minute a new posts but the problem is less a good posts the majority make it by the new users and don't respect the rules if the forum it's less than 100 characters and duplicate topic and more.

I think There are enough a few new subjects available, but they are few and far between. To see the most current issues, use the filter feature and set it to start date. The majority of new issues, on the other hand, are created by new entrants who are unaware that similar topics have already been created. Any of them I avoid because I think they will be removed at some stage in the future.
