Dear I have not face this situation but you should not take worry because now this problem has been solved and moderators has stop the button for sometime and it is happening once time in a year so don't be panic you should do your work regularly.

Same problem is mine .I convert my talk token into xrp but it's not happened .I first convert them into usd than buy doge coin .After a 2 hour it's automatic add in my wallet.
