No its not looks like easy one to be on top of leader board you have to work hard of it and you won't get any reward beyond because it would be unfair to others everyone work here hard and wanted to get more intention from the platform.It's all about getting more reputation and likes will make you earn good work hard on your content.

Dear mate i don't think that there is any reward to reach at leaderboard. But it is very enjoyable moment for that person which acheive thus rank. Because lot if struggle is required to reach at this point. You need to compete lot of members to reach there.
