That's really nice information I have gotten today from your post. I didn't know how many coins are trading in yobit. But you may have researched on it very well and get the actual values of coins. But I think there would be greater than this coins to be traded in yobit site.

As the post is too old where there were 422 coins pair have been traded that times. But now I think it has increased the number of pairs to exchange the coins between eachother. I also have not the exact number but I think there may be more than thousands coins and tokens for exchanging pairs.

Yes of course my friend the business that we can trade on yobit are two currency pair but there are some users and they found some problems with yobit so they resorted to others.

Thats is how many exchanges are failing for having large amount of coins and trading pairs which are mostly useless and becoming dead coins, while when they become dead coins they are bringing bad reputations to cryptocurrencies to be looking like scam.

The number of coins must be low than the number of trading pairsz but the number of trading pairs must be more higher because a single coin can be listed in more than 10 trading pairs, for example DOGECOIN can contain the following trading pair, ADA/DOGE, LTCDOGE, ETHDOGE, etc. So that's why trading pairs being more than available coins.

Trading pair tell you about the difference of value between different cryptocurrency. Mostly btc and ltc practice by people, there many exchange platforms thats give trading pair. It is done for profit and don't overcome in loss with fees. Some coins have low fees on exchange. Therefore exchanges with different cryptocurrency trade pair.

There can be more than one trading table for a coin, so it is quite normal to have more pairs than the amount of coins. For example, there is both BTC, usdt and Eth currency for litecoin.

Dear one thing I explained recently that exchange is not necessary for trading.In my point of view the difference between trading and exchange is only risk of profit.The trading is risky option as compared to exchanging.
