Was Bitcoin real the first decentralized Crypto?

Recommended Posts

Thats possible, ripple may be a long time coin but the problem comes in launching them. Bitcoin was launched very fast after being developed after buying a pizza with bitcoins for the first time i guess.

I have heard that there were more currency before bitcoin. 10 years before bitcoin being  produced  a coin named bitgold was created by a specific person. But that wasn't successful.  The success of crypto started with bitcoin thats why everyone thinks it is the very 1st coin of crypto.

Of course, I think Bitcoin came first. You mentioned that Bitcoin 200 and XRP started in 2012.

No matter how much you produce or comment, you need to know. If you’re not just starting out, you’re still in place.

Bitcoin is also a central cryptocurrency. Here XRP may be the main source of copyright money.

Demand Bitcoin mail problem grows every year, but the registration of funds has not yet been published.

Before bitcoin was conceived, a few cryptocurrencies were the herald of bitcoin. The solitary distinction is that bitcoin is decentralized. So you should fix your string title.

I had an investment in XRP but had to sell after the last pump as I had stopped believing. Ripple had made me distrust this coin and I was holding from 0,50 to 0,10 that has as a low last year. When it pumped I was sure it was going lower again, I was very happy to exit this trade after so long for a small profit. Put it all of that investment into Ethereum and XLM immediately with great returns.

That's what i heard, bitcoin was the first decentralized cryptocurrency, not currency but cryptocurrency, because gold also was a currency some years back so we don't know what happens some years back.

Before Bitcoin, there were other failed projects, but they were not decentralized or had a comprehensive code like Bitcoin. Since 1998, there have been attempts at digitized currencies, including Digicash, Bit-Money, and Bit-gold. All of them failed because they lacked a stable decentralized network for transaction authorization.

I think that Bitcoin was the first currency that Satoshi Nakamonu introduced, it is strange that the first currency achieved the greatest success in the world, I thought that there were some failed currencies in advance, so that Bitcoin learned from the mistakes of previous currencies, but it was just the opposite

Nope Bitcoin was not the first cryptocurrency as there were several attempts to link money in form of crypto. 20 years before the creating of Bitcoin, there was an attempt in creation of smartcards in Holland. You might check this link: https://www.investopedia.com/tech/were-there-cryptocurrencies-bitcoin/ And also, Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency to get backed by the blockchain technology. I think this point makes the sense here.
