If you commit a violation then probably you will receive a warning points, maybe your posts or the thread where you reply was deleted and maybe the topic was move in off topic section that is why you don't receive any payment.

There is a plan for a warning points, if I remember if you have two warning points you will be restricted for three days and three points for one week and four points for one month. And if you collect five warning points you Will be banned directly

There is a main and famous problem in this forum for the deleting of posts and not deleting past 24 hours but it is deleting all time posts that choose moderator for deleting.

If you made a violation you will receive an email with your warning point and you can see it on your profile

I think, if the administrators found out misconduct on the post or there were violating the rules they given that is key.

If you received a violation, then you will also receive a warning point in your account. If you have a post that got deleted, you won't be able to receive the satoshi and also you won't notice that your post got deleted. The moderators doesn't send you notifications about that. Later you will just notice that your number of useful posts are decreasing  by that time happens, you will notice.
