As I can see this is just one more fork of Bitshares exchange, something like CryptoBridge.

Why would anyone use this exchange compared to any other dex? Is KYC mandatory?

CryptoBridge has a KYC and works with masternode coins...etc. CB is a completely different exchange.

It is good to have alternative for centralized exchanges, but we need better dex exchanges.
I have tried all bitshares based exchanges and I am not impressed at all

Good projects are very rare. SmartHoldem is a very promising coin. He has his own development team and innovative technologies. Now STH is cheap, because few people know about it. This is a good opportunity to study the project. In the UI, click on "Dashboard" (tab at the top), then on "Open orders" (navbar on the left side). This should show your open orders, with a button to cancel each one.

Is there already a fee for cancelled order?
Cancelling an order costs a very small fee. If you cancel an order that has not been partially filled, the fee for placing that order will be returned to you, so effectively cancelling an unfilled order will return 90% of the original fee.

Why you need to pay some BTS for cancellation of order? 

Each operation on the blockchain is paid by a commission. at the moment, the fee for canceling an order is 0.00387 BTS.
You can exchange MDl or any other cryptocurrency for BTS and complete the operation.

Can assets from crypto bridge exchange be used in your exchange or not?
for example bridge.btc  or bridge.eth ?

I can see lot of bridge assets here, and that would switch many users to your exchange

What if the user is new in the forum and i am sure there is not BTS on his/her account like mine! Why not get the commission on the trade fee once sold or bought! is there a way you will take out the fee on posting an order and canceling it? unless you have free 100 BTS for newly register user! @Europa

To buy BTS is not a problem at all.

An open source decentralized exchange is different from centralized exchanges. A decentralized exchange operates on the blockchain, where each transaction is paid and recorded on the blockchain. The cost of operations is very cheap, cheaper than anywhere else.

And answering your question - no, you can’t cancel the order and then pay. 

On a decentralized exchange, the level of security for a user is higher than on a centralized exchange. 
Commissions in the blockchain are the minimum payment for this level of service.
