You can report those posts to the moderators (your posts) which are useful but has received negative reputations. Why reporting them? Yes moderators can see everything whatever we do. If we see any unfair things then we should report to moderator. Giving negative ratings in a useful post is a unfair work and spammers do such works. We should put ratings according to the post. But now moderators are so mucj strict about their rules. They see it and they ban this type of users
