Most members here don't make use of the reactions, and it's actually not good because the reactions icon was created for a purpose, using the reactions icon to give reputation would help moderators to identify which post is unique and which is useless, and also reputation helps to encourage our fellow members to work hard and put more effort.

So we all need to react to other people's post.
