In my opinion, I think that posts get a negative evaluation if they are repetitive and often the goal of publishing them is to collect money or get a negative evaluation if the post contains incorrect or incomprehensible information.

Negative assessments usually arises when quality of post is too low for example when the content is too small and when it is not even contributing anything or contributing next to nothing.

Negative reviews happen because of the weakness of the comment or its lack of information to the members
The post must be useful to the members and have a positive reputation to be paid for it if it is negative then there is no payment

Negative reviews are mainly caused by the content of the post, the post may be short and unhelpful, or it may be too much duplicate. I don't think the profile picture has anything to do with negative reviews.
