Teamwork is a good concept but how can you be sure that you aren't the one doing all the hard work in the groups and some of the others are just slacking all the way through the process? I think either all the members should be very honest people or there should be someone who is overseeing the process and manages it. Otherwise it may be open to exploitation and abuse

Yes team work is always a good option .when 4 or 7 people work togeather then they can make a good effort and then distribute the rewards inbetween but always do you work properly and carefully in sites where team work is not appriciatable.

I don't think this kind of ideas will work because lets say me and you team up and started to collecting money and give it in equal to each other , in case you earnt 300$ you get 150 and I get 150 , then I earn 1000$ and give you 500$ of it , in this case I'm in loss , why would I give you if I can earn a lot , all of us think this way then problems start and the project fail , that's why I see your idea won't work
