My dear friend we can not predict the time in which we Cash out our money because bitcoins fluctuate every time and we can't understand that which time is best for us to cash out. If we become late to Cash out our money than it don't create effect on our cryptocurrency because we should withdraw it when we seems that the prices of bitcoins are high.

But I see a reason to what @jamesvince said because most people will withdraw all what they have before halving and remove their profit from it, then during halving that the price is low, they'll now invest again before bitcoin market rise again and that's a good strategy to make more BTC and cash out profit

I think your prediction is the correct but now it's price is at 59k. I know bitcoin is the best coin for investing. If you invest in bitcoin you can earn a good profit after few months. In my prediction bitcoin price will be reach at almost 100k in the end of this year 2021.
