Is doing crypto a waste of time?

I don't think so, working in cryptocurrency is very profitable. I myself work on a blockchain project and earn profit. 

I know a person working full time on cryptocurrency, and earning good profit through trading in cryptocurrency. 

All you have good knowledge about cryptocurrency, you can earn good profit from cryptocurrency.

My waste of time was in not having entered the crypto world, I have 3 children who would have a better life if I were integrated into the crypt world long ago. But you can't cry over spilt milk and I think I still have time to make money. So there's nothing to waste time on cryptology.

It depends. If the time spent is enjoyable or the value generated is higher than a low wage work, it is not, of course. Thinking about this Yobit ecosystem, it's easy to feel it's not a waste of time, but I have been doing many many captchas and low valued surveys (and bearing hours of endless seconds and annoying pop ups) ... doing crypto THAT way is a total waste.

I don't understand if your question was, being in cryptotalk or being in the world of cryptocurrencies. Since half responded to one side and the others to the other. I answer them both. CryptoTalk is very convenient since while you participate in the forum ... you inform yourself, you get paid for it and then you can use the profits to invest in Yobit. It cannot be considered a waste of time, at least for me. No, not a waste of time. Even if crypto world is not adopted(unlikely), the tech will be adopted by big companies. And new opportunities will emerge as a result. And I have also learnt many things because of crypto. How money works, how to trade, how to invest, my thinking is better and i take less unnecessary risk in life and work. Personally, I believe that cryptocurrencies are not a waste of time.
I think the world changes day by day. That every day someone has a new idea that can help make the world better. That is the case of bitcoin in the first and of the cryptocurrencies that were born after Satoshi Nakamoto invented Bitcoin. Im doing Crypto, for me is like a hobby becuase I like to read article and learn about the ecosystem, where you can find a really interesting thing about the world or about the economic situation, when you learn about bitcoin also you can learn about different market like forex, index, stock, and many other way to invest your money, for me this is not lost my time, I saw that some people past many hour doing thier job 8 or 9 hour and they believe that not waste their time. I hope that someday will have too much icome that dont need to work more doing thing that I dont like.

I have been in this world of cryptocurrency for several years and it has not seemed like a waste of time at all, you also earn money and knowledge that you can contribute. And not just that for me, the world of cryptocurrencies will take hold in a way that it could become the currencies of the future.
