You are right. We should be reputed for good posts. We should not react to bad or meaningless posts. It will promote meaningless posts. We should take what is right.This will promote the meaningless posts. Which should be taken. Therefore, we should read the post considering the importance of it, then react or give a reputation.

Yeah moderator give us chance to improve our mistakes that we make in past. We have to improve our mistakes we have make before.  If we give good reputation in bad topic than it is very bad for this site. We have to make a good use of our power.

Yes we are only members and should act friendly with the new users even if the violate something by mistake. We can tell them personally instead of reporting.

And you do same thing share your opinion like they do, what is difference?

You talking about new members, that new members if they are not spammer they will read rules before they write something not to spam. Most of new members are spammer, but like I say "most" because there are some members which want to learn about forum learn how to write here to not break some rule and that is good but you can see difference when someone want to learn and when someone want to spam.

Point is, that is topic is double-faced from member who wrote it.

Exactly friend, the evaluations must contain meritocracy where they can have an important value in every measure, that is why whenever a post deserves evaluation they must be given.
