Top tier exchanges require high fees. I don't have any exchange in my mind which fee is low but I can share some criteria to be considered when yoi choose exchange. This is my personal opinion based on criteria I maintain when I choose exchange.

You can do that on yobit, you just need to contact their support theme for way forward, you can also do that on other exchanges like yobit, if you do not fraud or not a scammer and your project is good, they can support it to be listed on their exchange.

I think binance exchanger is a good option to list new coin but the problem is that when the project is is not strong enough definitely there will be problem which can lead the coin to become dead, so he need a strong backup.

Hello dear, I think everyone wants to enter directly into the exchange exchanges with a good reputation and are ranked 10th in the top.  And some were lucky - it happened.  This was mainly due to the fact that the new currency had something unique and new in itself according to the exchange's management.  But fundamentally, everyone has to start with unknown trading platforms and go the long and tedious road for the currency to be recognized by society.

I agree with you there is very low liquidity at Yobit so it is not recommendable to list the coin there so therefore move to otger options and look for the exchange that has low fee and good liquidity.

Yobit is the vaforite platform for me,lts very useful.

But if the currency goes down to a large platform like Binance it will increase its price more because the most important traders use

In fact,There are alot of exchanges that make community voting you can use some of them and make giveaways for people who voted for you. And in order to list your coins you must pay for the fees which many of exchange fees to list a coin cost around $1 million. Actually Yobit has a big collection of unknown coins and Binance is one that exists already for quit some time.
