It's good if your post is goes viral but I don't think Crypto talk pay you extra money for your useful post. 

Crypto forum give same money to everyone on forum . May be Crypto rewards some person who achive high rank . If your post is viral

If your post get viral then you will earn more reputation and followers. In this group every valuable post is appreciated. So if you post informative topic then more people will be interested in following you. So automatically your reputation will increase.
