Yes, it is even ERC-20 wallets. And itnis fully noncustodial wallet, you will have tour private keys to the ethereum that will be used to operate the tokens in case...

Meta mask wallet is a nice wallet, but there are too many wallets in the market that you just don't really know what to do with them all. That is why I take my time to focus on one or two wallet to make sure I gain mastery of the coin.
