I need expert help about starting a Gambling site

Recently I've been thinking about starting a cryptocurrency business (any) i thought of a few i even got some suggestions here on cryptotalk.org and yesterday i came up with this business idea that does not require much capital; a bitcoin faucet site with a Dice roller game, i even stared coding this web App.

The dice roller does not require deposits, this is to maintain the capital of the business as it bis small. One can only gamble the the coins he/she claims from the site.

So here is where I'm stuck, i found Other bitcoin Gambling sites  have this certificate (Antillephone License Validation) screenshot bellow;

Thinking about it that certificate might be insanely costly, so here is my question do i need to have that certificate, i mean will i get sued or something, but unless this certificate is free?

I used to think the online world is a free place.. well apart from copyright issues, but I'm starting to think i might have no right to do some stuff.

When you answer this consider the following, my site will have a gambling game i.e Dice but i do not allow deposits only cashouts, meaning i do not collect users money or hold anyone's coin on my site

But you'll probably not get the help you want here. Most people are posting meaningless non-sense bullshit because of the pay per post campaign now. Maybe ask your question in BTT though that place is not much different.

Starting a gambling site is not that easy. You need to choose a payment provider. You must have a plan and solid marketing strategy.

because there are so many online gambling sites, it would be very confusing to choose which one. Because on average all gambling sites are good for playing, but yesterday I tried playing on bitsler and the game there can be said to be a lot and also fun. maybe that's what I want to suggest so you can play on bitsler.

Guys and readers listen we are not here to gamble our money. Because this is a way of too dangerous to suck our lives. And I will be very very pleased if we talk about forum.

This is a gambling section, so of course we can talk about gambling, and it is not like i advice anybody to gamble, i just wanted an advice and information on the discussed matter.
