It will have nothing to do with reporting comments. If you see spam or useless comments then as being a member of this forum you have complete right to delete the post. But if you post something off topic then this might be the reason of your posts getting deleted so there is not any actual link between these two.

I do not think that reporting anyone has anything to do with deleting your posts because deleting the posts has deleted the entire topic and therefore all posts on it are deleted and the moderators here work all the time and the reporting cannot be related to deleting your posts

There should be some mistake or perhaps your posts are probably deleted because some of the other topics that the member you have reported is deleted, as well and you might have made posts to these deleted topics and you don't remember these.

In my information, if you post unnecessary or repeated content to avoid deleting your post, all users posted to this subject will be deleted. And also if you are not active in this forum, your number of posts will decrease.

It's not always your fault on this, and it also doesn't mean you are creating useless posts. For example, if someone created a post(topic), and without his/her notice there may be the other similar topic that is already existed in the forum. So, if you comment on the repeated topic, there's a more chance that your comments are deleted, as it was posted in the invalid topic, though your comments are valid in itself, but the topic you chose to write comments may be invalid. So, you just need to be careful next time, for choosing the right topic.

It is very strange what you say is happening because one thing has nothing to do with the other are totally different things unless the topics you are reporting you yourself have commented when the moderators remove the topic consequently your publication also and that is why the count is reduced.

There is nothing to say about this issue because I have not heard of any post before, I do not think that reporting any post, on a general basis, reporting any post will reduce our post as an upgrade I but you also benefit from regular good posting here with mind.  Can be.

 I think you are somewhat right and we should report the post which is not according to the rules and regulations and having plagiarism but on the other hand I think we should not report the post because there are a lot of new members with weak English, grammar and spelling and they don't know the rules and regulations of the site we should help them to sort out these problems.

I think you may have commented previously on these posts that you report later If these posts are deleted, your comments will be deleted along with them.

Try to alert the owner of the post to the error that you see in his comment, whether it is bad in the language or something else And when he does not respond to that and you face the same problem again, then you can report it.

It may be co insidence some topics are deleted by the moderators. When a topic is deleted your comment is also deleted. So that your content count will be down if you are facing problem so that you can report. Let's try to help each other. Best of luck
