I think in this case if we go to big projects we need a lot of responsibility and discipline, we must have a high level of leadership when thinking about the people we can influence. We also need to build a great team of people who have equal levels of leadership and have worked towards specific goals, but the project must be guided by the same vision of all.  We need to do research to see how long a project or a program is going on and it is listed on different platforms because many programs and projects are fake and scam so ask you to submit.
