In my personal opinion, Bitcoin by itself cannot help the economy in a country, but it helps facilitate some things, but we do not forget that it is a decentralized currency and does not have taxes and that harms the economy in countries so some countries ban it.

There are the processes so that we can say Bitcoin helps to uplift the economic problems. Everyone is just discussing like Bitcoin will support to fight against unemployment crisis but no model or mechanism is proposed, how all these things possible? Simply, adoption rate of Bitcoin has to be increased globally and government should avoid imposing the strict restrictions against the cryptocurrencies.  Government can itself get benefited as tax can be applied while exchanging Bitcoin against fiat currencies, extra charges can be taken while purchasing the goods by using Bitcoin and many more.

We can not tell if this bitcoin can help economic problems.. there are some countries that banned bitcoin because this could bring down their economy other countries it can help their economy, but there is no proof about this that bitcoin can help the economy.
