Why people are unable to get Reputation!!

It was used to be almost every comment to be rated. But then this way there was also spammers that get good rate and bitcoin from the forum. It was bad and many even if not spammers but good posters were removed from the campaign. This was announced there is system that manages and removes from the campaign those that take more reputation than the average.

People doesn't get good reputation coz they didn't make good posts.Good and useful posts get more reactions.But if someone post is not good then it will be deleted because of not getting reputation and such post get waste.
