According to my opinion if you are not able to understand any post then you have to skip that post . If you post anything wrong according to that post then it will be hard for you so try to make your posts on those topics which you can understand. It is my opinion and for further it depend on you.

When I don't understand the topic I don't respond to it.
I skip it at first but it stays in my mind. Ask my friends who are in the forum or do my own research.
If I don't conclude, I will probably understand after reading many of the topics here.
