I can't say anything about earnings but I can say that it can affect your reputation. Mostly posts are deleted due to grammer mistakes. These silly mistakes causes the post deletion. If you make any grammer or english mistake it totally changes the sense of a sentence so the members can't understand the topic and give you negative ratings. English mistakes can get you warning points

Our posts are being deleted because of our faults. If you want to avoid the post deletion than avoid silly mistakes while making posts. You said right mate. But many beginners start with a beginnings sections because they have no knowledge about the forum but when they learn they need to move in a different sections.
