Personally, everyone is greedy for money, which leads to many problems later on.  This problem makes it impossible to survive in the forum.  Most people do not get fame by work.  So need to stay with good and useful work

After knowing that members are not being paid for reactions so most of members are not giving reacts. This way many people who are doing well and posting good content are not being appricated. That's why people rarely give it nowadays. It will let them know how well members have received there posts. It is important to give evaluations, even if they do not have a reward, in order to support the members and give them an idea of the level of their work.

Having you right people stop giving reputation scores. This is basically a way of motivating others, but they don't think that that way they only bring a reputation for being paid.

Yes I think you are right about that because good posts always deserves likes and every one should appreciate the good post with the like . Yeah you can avoid useless posts but don't avoid good posts.

If a member  find out a good post  or topic but still didn't  give react to encourage  the member  to write down more topic then its also one kind  of spamming..  Again if a member  put  any react to a useless  post then It's  also Spamming  and can get punishment..

Members who re surrendering particularly when rating was taken out and you need to ensure that you pay , you need to continue proceeding to set up that power tht accompanies it so to me actually this is the main activity , we need to give others evaluations whether positive or negative

Yes you are absolutely right friend that the like on the post judge the quality of the post but now the members are not giving the likes to the others post because the earning of the likes stopped by the moderators. But I think we should give like to the deserving posts for the appreciation and encouragement of the members.

We no longer receive payment for giving likes but that should not stop us from giving likes to post or topic that deserves it. We should continue giving likes because it's part of the job.

My friends, likes are important and you should use them objectively, they are an expression of the importance and quality of the topic, so keep putting positive likes for the topics that deserve, and negative likes for bad topics.

Thus we help beginners to choose a good topic to read and learn from and avoid bad posts

I think you really do have a point, because I don't think all topics are worth reading and wasting time on.

I think the payment for likes should be revisited because it really do help a lot.
