We also gives negative reputations to that topics which is not useful or irrelevant to topics. Then we should make difference between useful and useless posts.

You're absolutely right my friend,as members of this forum,its our duty to give ratings to others post,whether we'll get paid for the ratings or not,and we don't have to be biased when it comes to giving rating,the post with high quality should be given positive ratings but the one with low should be given the otherwise

I have read the rules in CryptoTalk campaign which give likes will get 1Talk and 10Talk per post. A topic that gets a positive reaction will get 200 satoshis, in my opinion giving a reaction is still very important because it will determine our income related to BTC payments. It is quite difficult to get a positive reaction, especially since the reaction payment has been stopped, but I will try.
