If your post content will be informative and meaningful then you will getting more reacts and by getting the reacts or reputation points you enhance your knowledge and build your confidence. But the main thing of this forum are rules and regulations.

Agreed! This is the most demanding topic these days. Because of hard work and useful information many members did not want to give likes for free. It is utmost duty to elevate at least those posts those contain quality content. One build confidence when get reputations for it's posts. So because we aren't paid for likes it doesn't means we stop giving likes to anyone.

That the likes should be used more objectively because the likes are important, they express the importance and quality of the posts, so we must continue to place the positive or negative likes on the posts, whether the topics are positive or negative, in order to help others choose good topics.
And I think in the past likes were given to any post without being objective about the posts, and many people who do a good job are not rated We have to appreciate their efforts to motivate them to do more good work, must always keep likes for all members.

I would say that I agree with your point. We should encourage them with good likes, comments and feedback. I agree with you.  The authorities made a nice decision.  Because just paying for a post should not be considered.  In this case, there is a lot of injustice.  But that doesn't mean we should stop liking.  Like means the post is useful and the subject is beautiful.  If we get likes, members will be interested to work and post more useful.  So we should encourage others with positive feedback and give negative feedback for bad posts. This is true, likes now are less than before , because people are no linger motivated to give likes because they are free, and it is a little bit frustrating that you put a lot of effort and spend long time here at the forum and you try to make your presence useful by answering and giving all the information you know then people do not appreciate your effort with a positive rate.

Yes, what you said is very true. Giving likes is a way of expressing our agreement to a particular statement, it should not be a mere thing we do it for getting money. Many people's motive behind giving likes was money, that is the lack of reactions showing after the stoppage of payment for it. For beginners, likes helps to differentiate between a good and a bad topic.

You're totally right ,we should keep continue to give like, otherwise it can affect all of our earnings. That's righ we used to receive extra payment for giving like but it wasn't much profitable, 50 talktoken is very cheap. That's why we need to give reaction who really deserves it.

Of course, this the most disappointed thing that I have seen in the forum that people have also been stopped the giving reputation on useful posts just because of the payment of giving reputation stopped. This is really not a good behaviour, we also should use the reputation button for deserving posts as well as it is the way to appreciate someone's creativity of writing.

I don't know actually that why they stop paying the likes because I am new here on this forum and I completely agree with you that it is the only way to check the quality of a persons posts and if a person do the posts with good quality then he or she will definitely receive some reward.

Yes, you are right dear friend. People do not give likes now, I think it has lost its essence. But as you said, what people do not understand that it is an expression of appreciation, appreciating someone's thoughts and opinions, appreciating and motivating for that person to work hard and keep posting useful content.
