Actually the main thing of deletion is that new members are creating topic which are useless because of they don't have information and indeed most of topics they create duplicate as you mentioned so I think it is better if we try to make a topic only each day so that will help all the members..

Creating a new topic is a very difficult task. People who have just joined this form and it is new do not even know how to create this post, so it is very difficult for them to create a topic.  Don't do it unless they know it.It is very important to understand this form properly then only then you should create your post in a good way then after that if you have very good knowledge about this forum then you can create a topic.

Yes i fit a aim in daily routine and then i worked hard to get it. So my aim is fixed and then i worked hard for it. So in daily routine i challenged me for many times to get lots of earning. In online trading my daily routine is that my write 20 useful and informative post to earn daily basis
