This shows that the country is trying to resolve the situation with a calm attitude. This would have eased the stock exchanges, but put pressure on Bitcoin.

I believe One of the reason for low price of digital currency is when the currency is much in circulation, because when the currency does not scarce it looses its value. And when the currency rate is low then it demand will also be low and this will directly lead to depreciation of the digital currency

Cryptocurrency prices were low when you created the topic.  The price of all digital currencies for defi was not low.  The price of all cryptocurrencies depends on supply and demand.  And the crypto market moves by big investors and wheel traders

The price of cryptocurrency is not stable but it is more or less the same but I think that because of COVID-19 its price has decreased but in 2020 its price was very low. At the beginning of 2021 I noticed  As its prices start to rise I hope that in the next few months the price of cryptocurrency will increase significantly and we will get a lot of profit from it.

Oh my dear there are no problem about it. The crypto curriencies are digital curriencies so they have no fixed value their value are changing with the time passage so it's have no proper Tim to loose money and get many profit from it. It's depend on the many proper occasion as Christmas season. During this season the price of bitcoin is very high so the same way all coins have high and low rate on different occasions.

If the demand of currency is increased the price of currency also increased. If the supply of currency increases, the price of currency also will decreases.

Brother, be somewhat impressed with your reply. So I guess that's probably not a big reason for these things. So as far as Defi is concerned, it is true that Defis coins have run low. I think the biggest reason for this is that people who like it and some people lie to them, as happened in India recently, have been rejected by the bitcoin.And what I think is very wrong is what India said, but there may be other reasons for it, such as their market value going up and down.

@Jennifer Lawrence Obviously low or high prices are only relative. I don't think currently $50K is a high price for BTC, or 5 cents a low price for DOGE. The crypto market is growing and we cannot predict its size and potential yet. Indicators such as MFI, RSI are for reference only for traders, it does not represent the state of the token.

@Riaz HashmiWe know that the price of a crypto depends on its stock, supply and demand. So when supply increases but demand does not increase then prices remain low. Again when there is demand but supply is low then the price is higher.

Main reason behind low prices is that very few people know about digital currencies. Some people which have knowledge don't believe on it due to online scams and frauds. So people have a fear of loss of money due to scams, so tjey don't like to invest in it. Due to these reasons prices are down.

Yes mate cryptocurrency is a very sensitive field, it is affected by any rumor or any cyber attacks or any political tension or geographical disaster, so the reasons for the drop are limitless, we have witnessed the flourish of cryptocurreny during Covid19 pandemic. So crisis can affect the market in two ways and not just one, but when there is a sense of fear, people tend to sell out and this affects the price and make the price to reduce.
