Well according to my experiences, i think that the best time to buy crypto is when there has been a recent dump. Because most of the dumps that are just occasional aren't backed up by any solid reason and always followed by a pump thereby giving you some quick profits and a soft cushioning. But the most important is research . You have to do your research in the right way in order to give you the best chances and prices
