If you only want to send or receive money through crypto, it doesn't consume a lot of electricity. It is the same as sending money through fiat networks. So, there is no difference in electricity consumption in case of buying or paying by fiat or crypto. If you want zero consumption, you should just use paper money.

Only mining tools need high electricity consumption and most new coins have been developed with ease of mining in mind. The number of coins with high difficulty is low and today most coins can be mined with some GPUs.

There is no connection between crypto and electricity unless if you mean to say internet network, then you can not earn crypto without internet in your village, how is that even possible.

I think we cann't convert it to fiat if we are out of electricity and internet. But i think this problem is for now. Developers will solve this problem also. In 2019 we saw some satellite sent to space for this.

To mining the Crypto currency you required electricity and good internet connection. But if Crypto is in your wallet its doe's required electricity.if you lost electricity you don't lost your wallet balance

I think 50% of the energy consumed during mining is related to cooling purposes. A country with medium electricity price and cold climate is better than a country with cheap electricity but warm or hot climate. You don't need to mine bitcoin and ethereum. Opt for easier coins like Doge and XRP so that you can mine them with cheaper equipment and less electricity consumption. If you can't afford mining tools, you can get involved in pool mining but the reward will be shared.
