I think Bitcoin should be considered as a long term investement. So if you have bitcoin in your possession and you are temporarily staying in somewhere without electricity and you have no access to internet, that wouldnt be a trouble. However if you are trading altcoins for short term, in my opinion they should be watched carefully so if you are disconnected for some time, it will be more logical to close your open positions first.

Cryptocurrency does need electricity and the Internet if there is no electricity or the Internet, cryptocurrency cannot be used. If I live in a village with no electricity, of course I will go to the city to be able to access cryptocurrency, because that is the only way I can trade. @Queen ZThay aside, how can we even connect without computers an phones, computers and phones are powered by electricity. How about the mining of bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies, miners require electricity too.

That's right the solar energy is always a better option for generating electricity, especially for environmental protection but the mining devices require such high amount of power that the generated power from the solar panels would hardly suffice. you need greater panels even solar panel farms for effective mining of bitcoin and other major altcoins with higher mining difficulty.

Most especially the mining section of crypto currency consume high power compare to the rest sections. It's a very interesting question. I have crypto's for  a long term and short termç If i don't have the electricity for a long time i would convert my short term crypto's to  a fiat currency. I won't touch my long term cryptos, because i bought them because they have a very huge potential.
