Self Declared VIP (rank) what does it mean?

I have seen this rank on @Consignee "Self Declared VIP" what does it mean? and how many ranks are there that we do not know about?

How do i become this "Self Declared VIP".

Honestly, I don't know where this rank comes from. I searched a lot in the forum and did not find an answer to this topic, there is a topic about the ranks in the forum from here

But I did not find this rank among them

Same, i don't know what the purpose of this rank. I guess it is only for the old members?  What do you think?  I think we just need the admins to answer what is "Self Declared VIP" rank. That's what i think.

Everyone can change rank name in their profile.

 

Go to "Profile" - "Account Settings" - "Edit Profile" and change "Member Title" on any word you like.
