Actually It also happened to me once that when i had warned by admin for useless  contents  I could not post for 3 days. But at that time reputations  give  to other posts, I was just prevented from posting. So we should post the best content so that we do not get to warned

Yes there are some restrictions as well, we cant give more and more reactions at a time, once we receive a notification we should never go for it again and should wait for a time limit to react otherwise our account will lead towards banning. We should give positive reputation but to a limits.

This is true i believe unless they changed it and i also believe that it is good to check the rules everytime, so you do not risk your account to get banned anymore. Sometimes giving bad reactions is also good for cleaning the forum from spammers around the sections.

This is a good idea because you did my friend even though you are banned to post a post or create a thread you are still looking for something that you can do while blocked and you find that you can still respond to the post that you think deserves your reaction. This is really cool despite the punishment you were subjected to from the team responsible for the forum and restricting your participation for 10 days. I kept visiting the forum and reading other people's posts and continuing to learn.
