Very well said, commenting on repeating topics and then making posts about post deletion is not a good thing. As this forum is helping us by giving information and money both so here is also some responsibility on us which is to post comments after doing deep research.

Yes, you are right, I noticed that also that there are a lot of repeated posts on the same topic, which is the payment stopped, so I think that all these repeated posts will be deleted by the moderators because they violate the rules and therefore it is good that we do not write posts on such useless and repeated posts.

Yes we should avoid repeated topics so our post are be less deleted the modiator delete same topics and your post will be delete automatically so be aware and search the topic before post

This is normal and it happens every period as moderators clean up the useless posts or members violating the rules and prohibit fraudsters, so we have to continue to work normally even if the payment stops for some time because working in the forum is more than just a job for money, but rather work for the sake of learning and increasing  Experience and make friends.  In my opinion we have to wait some time and everything will be fine.
