Try to make out some common sense from each offer that you get from other people. Just as said in this post, it is not possible to convert small amount of satoshi is into 1 Bitcoin. No one could afford to do that bcause if they themselves can do that why make profit for others. They themselves could reap enough profit out of this conversion.
