this does happen in certain cases on this platform and this is either because the moderators have stopped the payment whilst they are cleaning up the forum or it is because there is insufficient funds in the campaign. Either way, i woudl say that you should not worry at all, because these problems are generally sorted out within a couple days or a week at the most. in the interim you can continue to earn.

Yes I have also heard about such problems appeared in previous year but i could not find such problem. It seems that Yobit controllers had solved the problem that's why it's not appearing now.

I think the pool for the campaign is currently empty so you have to wait patiently for the yobit. This problem will be solved in the shortest time. Everyone will be paid. All you have to do is continue to work and not care about this mistake. I believe  this is a temporally issue that will be solved soon and we shouldn't panic about this let's continue  working. It will happen again, however in the forum they ask the same question all the time when the problem happens we should avoid that.

I have read it is something that you should not worry about since this happens when the pool is finished and it takes a while to fill up again also the moderators do a thorough cleaning for that many of the themes are removed.
