Well, giving reputation scores or reacting to a certain post/publication in the forum is something like motivating content creator for their work and supporting them to create more quality posts. If a person has a good and informative content we should be giving positive reactions for his contribution and this endorsement(reaction) will be a motivation factor to work better in the coming days.
