Libra seem to have hit some challenges as 3 major partners in the libra association seem to have pulled out with a forth member Stripe showing signs of pulling out, the three partners seem to have have fallen to pressure from governments and pulled out for now, they issued statements saying they are reevaluating there position as they await to see if Libra meets the congressional mandate set by SEC. from the start Libra hit some snags as most governments and banks panicked and they feared the influence facebook has will undermine their currencies and drive most banks out of business but Facebook say its targeting the un banked of the world. Facebook has over 2 billion users and is a great markets to test and use the Libra coin

The U.S. congress was opposed to this project and it summoned Facebook CEO to explain to them the intention of the the Libra coin. There are huddles ahead for the coin to be fully functional but facebook doesn't seem to care

libra is facing some serious issue before launch but i am sure this libra coin may be changed the whole crypto market and banks to use of crypto

This is a good news to have for me, i really dont like LIBRA to continue on this project and leave the cryptocurrency alone.

I was hoping for Facebook to join cryptocurrency but not in this way! i was looking for more and not a stablecoin.

 facebook will push ahead with Libra, they know what is at stake, the banks have been fighting crypto for a while and are still losing. the future is crypto

One person or one corporation manipulating a currency is risky for the other to keep it. so there should be clear rules

There is a lot interest behind the Facekkon cryptocurrency, thank you very much for the information because as most say it is possible that this new crypto will influence a lot in the future i hope that for good and they do not take adventage.

In February of this year, Mastercard's CEO revealed why the company left Libra.
The CEO criticized Libra for its lack of transparency.
Another concern was Libra's business model. The partnership does not make it clear how it would generate money, and that when it is not understood how the money is earned, it could be done in an irregular manner.
According to the CEO, local networks fragment the transaction data needed to do the analytical work.This makes tracking crime more difficult in an age when terrorists do not respect frontiers.
