Nice way, there are indeed several ways to send our earning to our bank accounts with less fees,just try to look in some legit wallet that accept the fiat currency your using. In addition,xrp has also less transaction fee.

That is truly hard way I believe there's is a decent wallet that will change that coin over to usd then ship off your ledger and it's smarter to have trade in your country.

I think you are following the correct approach . It is true that the transfer fee of BTC is bit higher then the other currencies so you can first transfer it to any other coin and then to you bank account or anyway you like.
